Mercedes EQC Service Reset & Step

If you've performed routine maintenance on your Mercedes EQC (such as an oil change or inspection), you'll need to reset the service reminder in the system. Follow the steps below carefully:

Step-by-Step Service Reset Procedure

  1. Close All Doors
    Make sure all doors, including the trunk and hood, are completely closed.

  2. Turn On the Ignition (Position 1)
    Mercedes EQC Service Reset: Insert the key and press the Start/Stop button once without pressing the brake pedal. This will turn on the instrument cluster without starting the car.

  3. Access the Trip Menu
    Use the left-side steering wheel control buttons to navigate:

  6. Reset Complete
    You will see a confirmation message such as “Full Service Carried Out”. The service light is now reset.
